The renter have to check the bike condition before renting it. (Take a photo or video of the bike)

The renter are not allowed to drive the bike with more than 2 adult

The renter are not allowed to take the bike out of bali island

The delay return more than 1 hour from the agreed time will be charage 1 more day

Customers responsibilities :

• New damage / scratches on the bike cause by accident / crash

• Lost the bike / get stolen

• Lost the bike key

• Lost the helmet / get stolen

• Lost the bike paper document

• Flat tire

Merchant responsibilities :

• Machine & electricitiy problem of the bike

• Bike insurance 50k/day (optional, pay separately)
  Only pay IDR 50K / day as long you rent a bike. With this insurance you will be free from the risk of damage to motorbike/scooter, Lost the bike / get stolen, Flat tire, and the accessories. With our bike insurance you don’t have to worry about high costs in the event your motorbike/scooter gets damaged, stolen or if you’re involved in an accident that damages your bike. We have you totally covered regarding costs exceeding USD 2000 (excess/own risk)

• Should your bike get damaged, stolen or for whatever other reason become unavailable during your rental period with us we will replace your bike for a new one until your initial rental period exceeds

NB: For cases of lost or stolen motorbike/scooter you must report to the police, and bring proof that you have reported to the police to the rental company to claim insurance. otherwise the insurance won’t cover it

• Lost the key

• Lost the helmet / get stolen

• Got a police ticket
